The procedure for contactless servicing is below

Contactless servicing procedure
To implement social distancing and in the best interests of everyone we will carry out a 100% contactless service.
When a vehicle is coming to the garage we ask that it’s booked in online or via telephone, any additional information required for the service, MOT or repair of your vehicle should be informed via Email, phone or a note left in the vehicle.
Once you arrive at the garage keys should be left inside the vehicle and we will take it from there.
Once your vehicle is ready for collection we will contact you by telephone and give a full description of what has been done and any advisories and we ask that you make payment over the phone.
On arrival to collect your car the keys will be inside the vehicle with the paperwork on the seat.
Door handles, steering wheel and keys will be cleaned with antibacterial wipes.
